Super Release

Healthy snack company launches car that runs entirely on leafy greens.

New Orleans (April 1, 2016):  SuperEats is in the midst of developing the greenest vehicle on earth. The AutomoKale has a scheduled release date of April 1, 2017, and it works by breaking down the cruciferous compounds in kale to extract volatile vitamins and gasses which are then used as a replacement for traditional fuel.

Kale is famous for causing gas, so why shouldn’t it fuel our vehicles? That’s what co-founders Aaron Gailmor and Charlie Ruehr pondered one night after crunching down on a large salad. “The more kale we ate, the more we realized that the effects of the leafy green were really powerful. If [kale] can be that good for a human body, what can it do for an engine?” Charlie stated.

Further testing and development are required, but each green-fueled vehicle requires two leaves per mile. Preliminary studies shows that the car runs exceptionally well on SuperEats Kale Crisps and prefers the Sriracha flavor to others. Experiments using other dehydrated kale chips were much less effective in regards to miles per gallon (and taste).

Most of the kale-fueled details are proprietary information, but Aaron was quick to share: “We are in talks with a few major automotive companies in the US, and we are excited to see a great deal of interest in what will be the most sustainable vehicle on the planet.”

SuperEats is a growing snack company with several kale-based chip products. As part of the company’s mission to Eat Happier, Live Healthier, and Live Happier we would like to wish everyone a Happy April Fool’s Day!!!
