Insta-Gratification

Whether it comes to getting through work or a workout some days are certainly more trying than others. Those are the days that we at SuperEats say TGTI (Thank Goodness There’s Instagram)! When there are lovely, happy, and inspiring images in your feed it can completely change your outlook. Here are our favorite follows for the next time you need a little boost.

Carpe Diem

There’s nothing that keeps you on your toes during a hectic day like the possibility of an upcoming vacation. We consider ourselves to be adventurous, and maybe a little stir crazy, so we actually stay focused by daydreaming about which natural place we’ll visit next. When we’re looking for ways to fill our bucket list we turn to the U.S. Department of the Interior (@usinterior). Sweeping vistas and rare moments from the frontiers of America make us work harder and smarter so that we can get to our next retreat!

#Grinning

No matter who you are, sometimes you just feel blue. And there’s no better cure for a slump like a grouch-busting giggle session. If things aren’t going your way, turn to BarkBox (@barkbox) to perk you right up. It’s a no-brainer that images and videos of man’s best friend make us smile, but BarkBox turns four legged captures into a bizarrely hilarious art form. The photos are funny, the videos are weird, and BarkBox never forgets that its audience is a paw worshipping cult. This stuff makes us LOL so hard that it’s obvious that we drank the Kool Aide!

Stay on Track

You know that day, probably Friday, when you just need a beer…and a burger, fries, large strawberry shake, piece of pecan pie, movie popcorn, etc. For the sake of avoiding a serious case of munchies remorse, don’t do it! Instead turn to @fitmencook for a daily dose of the good for you stuff you’ll want to eat. Now pick up your phone and put down the fried chicken!

Feel the Love

Relationships are hard. We all have friends, family, and significant others that know how to get on our bad sides. Those are the times when it’s important to step back, take a deep breath, and realize the positive things that they bring to your life. @morileymoproblems knows that relationships require compromise, balance, and kindness and who better to turn to than these two pups. Riley and Killer show us how to love ourselves so that we can love others, even with flaws and shortcomings. This duo definitely makes it much easier to say the S-word: “Sorry.”

Push It Real Good

Getting through your workout day in and day out can be grueling. Fortunately there are a plethora of resources that make you squat a bit deeper, run a bit faster, and lift a bit harder. Whether you’re looking to perfect your form or mix it up, these Insta-pages will set you on the right track. @fitgirlvideos challenges you to cram small strengthening exercises into your lifestyle so that no moment is wasted. Hunter Cook (@hunterfitness) gives you realistic moves that will leave you feeling stronger and more confident. Plus, he’s got our favorite type of sidekick, a stocky bulldog.
